  • God Bless....

This year 2009 has begun with the WAR and the massive bombardments on GAZA by the Isaeli forces.  So far the sixteenth day, there have been about 900 deads and more than 3000 injured.  Many  are children. The situations there now are dying.   The hospitals there are reported "inundated".  They work under the power generators. The voice from the American media has blamed Hamas, the current official government in Gaza and expressed understanding to and support the Israel citing as what I heard "right to defense itself from the rocket attacks."  Many of the Israeli attacks hurt and kill civilians especially children (they are not the rocket firers).  No press is allowed to enter the war zone (a closed military zone declared by the Israeli army) despite its own court's ruling against the action.  The U.S. is the ONLY country that has seriously and brazenly object any measures and resolutions of/toward CEASE-FIRE that might stop (or literally harm) Israel in the international stage (again as I heard citing the cease-fire won't be permanent).  This is obvious when we compare with what the U.S. did when the U.S. wanted to pass the UN resolution in the Iraq.  Until now the time I'm writing, Israel has ignored the UN cease-fire resolution.  The education in the U.S. doesn't seem to make people  and its leaders understand that killing and war can't make peace.  It's the atom of the permanent and perpetual war.  It's not too difficult to understand but it happens repeatedly.  Could it be a selfish hidden agenda???  Time will tell.....

  • WoW! ...The Added One

      Me in my apartment

Wow.... seems a lot of things has happened to the world recently...  from inflation to natural disasters.   It's unbelievable that we still (traumatically...) face and suffer from the act of god in the 21st century; the digitally connected world.  I'd never imagined that I would see this level of calamity again in my life.  Do we not know enough to prevent...?  I think we do... Are we (STILL) weak?  There are a lot of lessons that we could learn from history; our experience that we've been through that... repeatedly.

I heard that the Burmese government doesn't allow the foreign aid volunteers to get in to the country to help.  They may fear the foreign influence (they learned from their experience) and reacted that way...  it's very difficult to believe to see that reaction from the human government today... what's in their thinking...  WHAT happen to our world!!!?

It's always good to add some more to the entry...  drawing from this, we can see the impacts of thinking conditions on the world...  I mean the future thinking and future actions....   Obviously, the reactions of the Burmese government to the event show certain patterns/schemes/state of being of their thinking.  What's interesting is that this sounds SO logical and so right to them.  It's a partially reflection of their experience crafted by the congruent themes of the time.  It's simply from learning to thinking.  Without certain learning such thinking could not have taken place.   I have no idea what and who to blame here.  It's not the one part false.. it's the world that make this root of thinking happen.  Maybe it's from our immaturity and/or childishly dominating others!!!

    God Bless the world!!!

  • Thinking Conditions!!!?

    DSCF5199

Back on here again!!!  It's good to have a short remark on thinking here!!!  I really intend to make a short one here so i could complete it in a single entry.   I wrote "Thinking ConditionS" on the title.  Actually I do not know the right word to describe it and I wonder if there is one... There have been a lot of points that I see about thinking when I heard the debates in issues and saw the world today.  We know now that in order to make/achieve understanding (also thinking too), we need to go through the existing knowledge.  This leads to the points that there are conditions underlying it. These conditions shape the thinking, limit, and empower where and how it goes or looks like.  Where are they from?  They are the knowledge you know and from you. To make it simple here, I will not explain the process of how it looks like here.  I'm not sure if that's possible.  The "presence" of your knowledge plays a big role here.  I'm not sure I use the right word here.  "Presence" here also means existing, available, a moment or thematically relevance, ect.. beyond words...  It's a container that works like a scene (that you already know) that allow the thinking to proceed.   {Wow, I realize that i have started something that isn't short...}  The knowledge of psychology that explains something like certain group, age, type of people are more (easier) influenced than others are all partial a guess in its conditions.   That means it does not explain the whole thing but just simply connect one thing with another.       The "presence" here can be good and bad depending on how much/deep it exists.  It on the one side, blinds/shields us from things and form a scene that allow us to proceed to be who we are today.  Let me go back to the group and the influence thing I have just mentioned.  It is the thinking that form the "being" including the very basic like gender roles.  We can see this forming process very obvious in the social groups of young people where certain characters are formed.  This is not what i intended to talk about here now.  I just use it for illustration so I could avoid a long explanation about the ConditionS.  I'm not sure I could.  It may be beyond the language border.  I guess I need to continue this later...

  • Back on Facebook!

It's been a long time that I was away from facebook! I could not NOT because I didn't want to. I'm back now....not sure if I would have time to be online as I used to be!!!!

I just have time to be on facebook and look at my friends profiles and what's going on here!!! SEEMs lots of developments! It's also a chance for me to add more new people on my friends' list and have cool interactions with friends here as I always like to do. IT'S Good to create another network for interactions though!!! There are a lot of things to write on here in my small community. Let me tell you a little about what I see in where I am now. It's a first time in my life to see what I see in Thailand. It doesn't look normal...!

A lot of weird things have happened after I'm accidentally back to Thailand. Unbelievable... really unbelievable!!! From political, constitution, media, real esatte, business, ... to discourse problems...! I don't even understand how Thai people cope with and understand this kind of situation. Do we (Thai people) learn enough OR learn too much Or too little from problems in the past???.... ??? O-o, ir in the worse case, we are unable to learn...! I don't mean to say anything to confuse you but just want to tell you and remind the concern people that it's not a goood sign!!! it's also good to stay away from it. I'm very narrow here to present you this point. it's just a floating scene!!! It's like a new scheme of the new Thai world (Thai people or the Thai politicians as I see them talk on TV!!!) It's interesting BUT weird!!!!! The structure of discourses (evidently from the TV news) in which it forms the foundation of understanding has been waekened to the point that our human processing capability could clash at anytime. OH, am I too serious??? This is not what I want to say here though...! It's just a brief introduction of my surrounding!!!

For those who know me, you know that I change my profile picture a lot. It's been months that I haven't done that. Hopefully you will see my new pictures soon!!! My profile is for all my friends and visitor to check it out... Feel free to drop a request if you want to know me...! Keep in touch!!! It's Time to go ..... see you later .... I'll continue this on part II.

Feel free to post any comment here!!!

    Back on Facebook: Part II

    O....Oh!!!

I've just realized that I skipped out a part of my explanations on "back on Facebook" that would make it difficult for a lot of people to understand. I need to come back here to do a quick clarification of that point. When I talked about the language structure as a foundation of understanding, I mean the stands or the pillars that hold that structure of language. I'm not sure if I have talked about how this structure works (or is conceived). I do not want to repeat what I have already said. This is from the daily conceiving or our common conceptualizing frame (actually...framed by our basic understandings of the world). Here is where i see the problems exist (in Thai politics) when I talked about the foundation of understanding in my previous note "Back on Facebook." The problems arise when it (each structure/ each pillar) holds a different dimension from our basic and also limited understandings of the world. Hope it's now clear...at least better!
